All USED items are sold “AS-IS” = Absolutely No Returns (Have a sales representative test it for you).

All NEW items are sold with a “7 DAY EXCHANGE WARRANTY” = If the part doesn’t function correctly we will exchange it for an exact replacement, or next closest item, within the 7 day period.

USED Coputers have a “30 DAY HARDWARE WARRANTY” = If a piece of hardware fails we will replace it within the 30 day period, we are not responsible for Virus related issues.

NEW Computers / Store Displays have a “9 MONTH HARDWARE WARRANTY” = If a piece of hardware fails we will replace it within the 9 month period, we are not responsible for Virus related issues.
