When you enter Mark’s Computers for repair you will be asked to fill out a work order.

We ask for the following:
Name
Address
Phone
System Type (Dell, HP, Mac, ect.)
Brief Description of Problem
Internet Provider and Type (High Speed / Dial-Up)
Password Upon Login (If you have one)
And the last thing we ask is if you need any files backed up.
To save yourself distress please backup your data or if you cannot access that data please bring a list of folders, or specific files you need.
