SOFTWARE REPAIR
Average Restore (No Data Saved) - This is when we wiped out your computer completely, back to factory settings. When you get your computer back you will have whatever version of Windows your computer is licensed and nothing else.

Average Restore (Data Files Saved) - This is when we wiped out your computer completely, but before we do we will attempt to retrieve your old Pictures, Word Files, Documents, Music, ect. The only thing we CANNOT save is programs. Windows does not allow is to back up software programs, so if you want to use them again you need to have the original discs used to install them.

System Cleanup Without Restore - This option is best if you have tons of software programs you cant stand to part with. We can scan your hard drive with 10-20 virus protection software programs and clean up the best we can. This does not ensure a 100% virus free computer, but its the best we can do without doing a rsestore.

OTHER REPAIR
Repair/Estimate w/ Dismantle - This means we have to disassemble or “crack” the laptop case. Tearing apart laptops is a tedious and time consuming task.

Power Port Replacement - The port where you plug in your charger get bumped or dropped and the pin breaks off or is loose, and now you cant charge. We will dismantle the laptop, solder on a new joint, and you are set
